Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

Overview

PsychCare.ai ("PsychCare," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by DomainNado LLC, an Alabama limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use psychcare.ai and our services. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

PsychCare.ai is not a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric care, and we are not a HIPAA-covered entity. The Service helps you find and compare third-party online therapy options. When you choose to begin care, you do so directly with an independent provider, under that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

Information We Collect

When you use our matching quiz, you may provide:

  • Name — to personalize your match results and follow-up.
  • Email address — to send your match results and any follow-up you request.
  • Phone number — so we can follow up about your match if you ask us to.
  • ZIP code — to show options relevant to your area.
  • Care preference (online or in-person) — to show options in your preferred format.

About your area of concern: our quiz asks what you're looking for help with so we can show you relevant options. This selection is used only within your browser to display your matches on screen. We do not transmit it to our servers, store it in our systems, share it, or use it for analytics, and it is not retained after your session.

We also automatically collect standard device and usage data, including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps.

How We Use Your Information

  • To show you matching online therapy options.
  • To send your match results and any follow-up you request.
  • To send newsletters and updates, if you subscribe.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of users and the public.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not automatically send your contact information to therapy providers or affiliates. When you decide to begin care, you click a link to a third-party provider (such as Online-Therapy.com) and create an account directly with them. At that point, the information you give that provider is governed by their privacy policy, not ours.

We use trusted service providers ("processors") that handle limited data on our behalf, solely to operate the Service:

  • Supabase — secure database hosting for the contact and preference information you submit.
  • MailerLite — newsletter email delivery (only if you subscribe).
  • Resend — sending you transactional emails, such as your match results.
  • PostHog and Google Analytics — website analytics to understand how the Service is used.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Affiliate Relationships and Disclosures

PsychCare.ai participates in affiliate and referral programs with third-party online therapy providers. When you click certain links and sign up with a partner, we may receive compensation. This does not change the price you pay. We aim to recommend only providers we believe offer quality care.

Analytics and Cookies

We use PostHog and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Service. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage information and report trends to us. Google may use the information it collects in accordance with its privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy; you can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly without them.

Data Retention and Security

We keep the contact and preference information you submit only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. As noted above, we do not retain your area-of-concern selection at all. You can request access to or deletion of your information at any time by emailing team@psychcare.ai. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA):You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some privacy laws define "sale" or "sharing" broadly to include the use of third-party analytics cookies; to the extent our analytics tools fall within those definitions, you can opt out by enabling a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, declining non-essential cookies, or using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. You also have the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information; because we collect contact information in a mental-health context, we treat it as sensitive and use it only to provide the Service — never to infer characteristics about you or for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Notice at Collection (California): We collect identifiers (name, email, phone), geolocation at the ZIP-code level, and internet and usage activity, as described above. We collect this information to provide and improve the Service, and we do not sell it.

EU and UK residents: You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability, under the GDPR and UK GDPR.

To exercise any of these rights, email team@psychcare.ai. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, email team@psychcare.ai and we will delete it.

Third-Party Links

The Service may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
